I source my items from estate sales, flea markets, yard sales, auctions, etc.  As with most pre-owned items, there could be some wear from use or storage. With vintage and antique items, there is normal wear for the age of the items. I do not deal in mint and perfect. 14 9/16" by 10 3/4". It has a few very small white spots, check pictures closely for condition.
I try to describe everything I see and document with many pictures. Please take a look at all the photos. I consider the pictures to be part of the description.
