This pin is a collectible metal Pin with advertising on it.
This a vintage pin from the 1980's -1990s and was stored in a vendors box for years.
This is new and unused, may have a minor mark and on it from shifting over the years. But, Nothing that stands out (So near new, new?)
This is metal and enamel and a plastic coating over the pin and came from a large collection of Car pins..
Really neat and tough to find.
